The Grow Center will once again be a site for the annual Christmas Day, Inc. dinner. This is a free event, but registrations are required. To reserve your place, call (815) 614-2697. Dinner will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 25, 2023.

The two congregations who meet at The Grow Center will each be hosting Advent and Christmas services in December. Each worship service is at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays, and there will be a candlelight service on Christmas Eve at 6:00 p.m.

Throughout November and into December, The Grow Center has been, in partnership with Project Sun, hosting another session of “My Piece in the Puzzle.” “My Piece” is a program designed to equip individuals with the resources and skills to identify their piece in the puzzle of systemic racism in Kankakee County. We are glad to welcome the K3 LGBTQ+ Network to our facility! The teen group, which has been meeting in different locations, has decided to make The Grow Center their home for their monthly meetings. We’re so happy to have you here!

Harbor House and the Community Commission to End Domestic Violence will be hosting an In Their Shoes event July 10, 2023.
